Dear Floyd Family,
I wanted to take this opportunity to inform you that there will not be an official PTO for the 24-25 school year. However, your continued support remains crucial as we embark on new endeavors together.
I extend our heartfelt thanks to the Floyd PTO for organizing superb events over the past two years and for fostering valuable partnership opportunities.
To maintain a strong bond with our families, funds raised by the PTO will be dedicated to benefit our students and staff, consistent with past fundraising efforts. We eagerly anticipate another wonderful school year ahead!

STEM Experience
VEA has restored power at the district office in Pahrump. It will take between and 30-60 minutes to bring all systems back online for internet and phones.
VEA is estimating another 90 minutes to repair the power at the district office, which has taken out phones and internet at the schools. They found the source of the outage and have a crew on the way.
Classes are proceeding mostly normally. There is no change to school schedules.
