Beatty Elementary is reaching out to the community to see if there are any potential Hornets out there. If you have a child who will be 3 or 4 years old by the start of next school year. Please join us at a parent meeting at Beatty High School on Tuesday September 19th at 3:45 pm.
The purpose of this meeting is to see if your son and/or daughter meet qualifications for Beatty Elementary to receive grant funding from the state. We are exploring this opportunity to ensure Beatty’s EC/PreK program receives funding so it can continue.
In order to determine if a child qualifies, certain personal information is required. Such as:
Copy of student birth certificate
Copy of student shot record
Legal guardian(s) proof of ID
2 documents for proof of residency (must have parent/guardian name and current address)
One proof of income
A complete copy of your 2022 Income Tax form (income tax preferred)
2022 W-2
1 month of paycheck stubs
Notarized Declaration (letter) of Cash Income and Failure to File Income Tax
Unemployment Verification
Homeless Verification
